Objective statements

Resume

Does your resume have a generic objective statement or a circuitous quote on it? if you think that this would add depth to your resume then you are wrong. The recruiters are aware that the resume is written for job targeting and you have the experience and skills for your particular role. You need to stand out of the crowd by replacing the objective reader statement with the qualifications based statement or the introduction that highlights the reader about what you are planning to offer their organisation.

CV Every job you have ever had
The past experiences of your career can be collated with one line per job showing employer name, job title and dates. Try not to display every job you have ever you have done.
