Foodpanda eyes delivery network of 5 lakh partners by 2020

Foodpanda, the online food delivery and food ordering platform has onboarded nearly 60,000 delivery partners in almost five weeks and is also aiming for growing its network for five lakh partners by the end of 2020.

Foodpanda is owned by Ola and also competes with the likes of Zomato and Swiggy. The company has even set a target of impending more 60,000 partners across India in the upcoming two months.

On the back of increased demand on its platform and rapid geographic expansion ahead, this target stands achieved, making Foodpanda India’s largest food delivery network…aims to grow this network to 5,00,000 by 2020,” it added.

From last few weeks, Foodpanda has even expanded its delivery network to more 13 cities those include Nashik, Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh and Jaipur. The company even claims of processing more than 3 lakh orders from more than 25,000 restaurant partners.

Foodpanda has even integrated into the cab hailing platform Ola for enabling seamless food ordering experience for the Ola users. More than 150 million users of Ola can have direct access to Foodpanda.

Apart from that, the integration will also enable the single sign up with the help of customer ID of Ola for both the platforms.
