Facebook CEO reportedly ordered all Facebook executives to use Android phone

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook have ordered his management team to use Android phones. He took the decision after Tim Cook, CEO of Apple criticized Facebook in a  MSNBC interview being a service that traffics “in your personal life.”

Tim Cook commented when he was asked  ” what he would do if he were in Zuckerberg’s shoes ?“.

I wouldn’t be in this situation.” Cook’s comments “infuriated” Zuckerberg.

Zuckerberg also said that he found Cook’s comments “extremely glib,” and that “I think it’s important that we don’t all get Stockholm syndrome and let the companies that work hard to charge you more convince you that they actually care more about you. Because that sounds ridiculous to me.

We’ve long encouraged our employees and executives to use Android because it is the most popular operating system in the world,” said Facebook.

 

ffbbAndroid is said to be the most dominant operating system in almost all the regions outside US , including Africa, South America, Europe, Russia, South Asia, and parts of the Middle East.

It is a very good  decision. The other tech companies like Snap have also encouraged its workers to make use of Android phones.

The tech workers in US hardly use these phones those create a blind spot when they work on various aplications. A

Since AndroiA and iOS are completely different,  this will surely have a huge impact on application development and user experience.
