Players to battle PUBG tournament finale on October 21

After a month, 20 teams or 80 players will make it to the finals of PUBG Mobile Campus Championship finale on 21st October.

Tencent Games have revealed that the tpurnament those features fpur players teaming up in Squad mode and battling it put in the most popular game map “Erangel” and have received more than 250,00 players those have registered from more thab 1,000 colleges and across more than 30 cities.

Of these, the first 10,000 teams of four to have checked in, played in the online qualifiers. They have been battling it out every day. The online qualifiers featured a total of 600 matches in 4 knockout rounds over 12 days of qualifiers,” said the company.

The tournament will have following special awards for the matches at the Grand Finals:

PUBG

*MVP – Overall Best Player with maximum number of MVP awards

*The Executioner – Awarded for maximum kills overall

*The Medic – Awarded for highest number of revives

*The Redeemer – Awarded to the player with highest amount of health restored

*The Rampage Freak – Awarded for maximum kills in one lobby

*The Lone ranger – Awarded for Maximum Time Survived in game

The finals of PUBG will be streamed live on PUBG MOBILE’s YouTube and Facebook pages, while the ones in Bangalore will be joining at  Venue and watch the spectacle live by applying for the passes on www.pubgmobile.in.

PUBG MOBILE is developed by Tencent Games and PUBG Corp and is based out on the original PC and Xbox One PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds game.

For nearly 100 players parachut onto the remote islands to do the battle in the winner-takes-all showdown. The players must locate and scavange their pwn weapons, supplies and vehicles for defeating the players while the battleground shrinks over time.
