It is said that if you give your hundred percent just for 45 mins a day! Then no one can stop you from achieving your desired goal. It would to the max take 20 days for you to learn it properly.
Learn these 4 easy steps to do so
Step 1- Deconstruct the skills:-
What you are exactly willing to do with the skill when you are done learning it. If you are wanting to learn anything don’t say you want to learn everything. Disintegrate it. Practice only what you exactly want to do and this will give you what yiu want.
Step 2- Learn enough to self correct:-
You can choose your source to learn whether it is a book, or a DVD or an online course. Do not choose a book and say I’ll learn it. No! It will give you a chance to hone your procrastination habit. Just learn enough so you can actually practice it.
Step 3- Remove Practice Barriers:-
All distractions should be avoided, such as TV’s, small talks with someone, internet while practising. Showoff your will power to do it.
Step 4- Practice for at least 20 hours:-
Do get frustrated if you are unable to cope up. Just keep trying continuously. You might feel incompetent or stupid in the beginning and it’s normal. But do not let this thought stop you. Continue your practice until you complete your given time with full attention.
