Also, it is found that she was receiving a salary of Rs. 1.5 crore per year. In a way, Sonia was with Paytm since its initial days, and remained with them to witness its success and super success in the last decade.

Apart from that, why will she trust an admin from the company (Devender Kumar) to carry out the heist? Most  importantly, if she was involved, why was she present in the office when police came to arrest her?

According to the reports, it is understood that Sonia did have access to Vijay Shekhar Sharma’s al passwords and all his electronic gadgets.

But, when you think about this more,  a question strikes the mind why the founder of the company would reveal the financial and much more sensitive information to the  Communications Head of a company? She was not his secretary anymore, and even with the secretary, sharing of passwords of mobiles, laptops seems highly impossible.

The biggest question is what was the data which Sonia  and her accomplices to extort Rs 20 crore from Vijay Shekhar Sharma?. Few reports say that it was company’s sensitive data while others say it was personal data.
