BLS International Services Limited Is Calling Out For 1st Cohort Of Its Startup Accelerator Program

BLS International Services Limited, is a recognized public company supplying the Government to Citizen Services and the world’s second largest company in visa processing services, has kick-started BLS Accelerator, a start-up accelerator program in order to help ingenious and contemporary business to accomplish the right mentoring and scale. As a part of the program, BLS Accelerator will also support the early stage start-ups by providing them INR 50 lakh seed fund along with accurate mentoring in areas like technology, product ideation and development, up-gradation of citizen services and market strategy.  The last date of application is 20th September.

For the growing startups, BLS Accelerator along with being an investor will also facilitate the market exposure for more than 60 countries where the BLS International is operating presently. The first batch would be selecting 5 start ups depending upon their proposed value, team credentials and market traction. Any startup can be a part of this program depending on the merit basis without regard of their sector of operations. To support more, Mr. Shivam Ahuja, the Co-founder of the Delhi start-up and the Delhi angels has also joined the BLS Accelerator as one of the senior members of the core team to help start-ups to expand international.

Talking about the program, Riya Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer, BLS Accelerator said, “India is at an inflection point of its start-up ecosystem. The program would run for three months and promotes the start –local and  – go-global approach for the Indian companies. In the upcoming years, the BLS Accelerator targets of investing in more than 100 global and Indian start-ups.
