For flight booking, you can get help from Amazon’s site or mobile app. Amazon has partnered with Clear-Trip for flight booking. However, you will only have the option to book a domestic flight.
Talking about offers, the company is giving cashback up to Rs 2,000. According to the information given on the website, if you book tickets worth less than Rs 8,000 then Prime Members will get a cashback of Rs 800 and Rs 400 cashback for non-prime members. If you book a ticket between Rs 8,000 and Rs 19,999, then a cashback of Rs 1,200 and a non-prime member for cash-back of Rs 8,00 and a cash book of Rs 2,000 for the prime members and a non-prime ticket booking of Rs 20,000. -Prime Members will get a cashback of Rs 1,600.
Amazon said that no extra charge will be taken from the customers to cancel the ticket. However, if the airline imposes a penalty on cancellation of the ticket, then the customer will have to pay it. Customers can find this facility of booking tickets through the Amazon icon on the Amazon mobile app and on the Amazon page. Amazon India said that they are happy to start the service of domestic flight booking. This allows customers to take advantage of their Amazon App and Prime Members can enjoy more on their membership.
Amazon has partnered with Cleartrip Company, which runs online travel and holiday packages to start the service. Amazon Pay’s Director Sharik said in a statement that he is very excited to be partnering with ClearTrip. In company experiences, it will help them fulfil their passion for providing the best service to their consumers. Apart from this, Money Transfer, Utility Bill Payment, and Mobile Recharge are also possible through Amazon Pay. This new feature of Amazon will give tough competition to other online portals.
