Reliance Foundation Comes Forward To Help The Families Of Martyrs Of Pulwama Terror Attack

Currently, the whole country has drowned in the wave of grief by the terror attack in Pulwama. Various helping hands have come forward to assist the families of martyred soldiers. Industrialist and businessman Mukesh Ambani’s and his wife Nita Ambani has come forward to help the families of brave soldiers who were martyred in the terrorist attack in Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir. This horrific incident took place on the 14th of February. Reliance Foundation which is a part of Mukesh Ambani’s firm will now bear the full cost of livelihood and education of the families of the martyred soldiers.

While releasing the official statement, the Reliance Foundation announced, “Expressing gratitude towards the martyrs, the Reliance Foundation is ready to take full responsibility of the education and employment of their children and the responsibility of their families’ livelihood.” The foundation also said that the hospital chains of reliance are ready to treat the injured Jawans with food quality of healthcare. Reliance Foundation is a philanthropic company of Reliance Industries and currently ruling the Indian market as well as competing against various firms around the world.

Around 42 brave soldiers of CRPF were martyred in the suicide attack by terrorists of Pakistan. On 14 February, a convoy of CRPF soldiers was going to Jammu from Srinagar. There were about 78 vehicles carrying around 2500 soldiers in this convoy. During the journey, an explosive-laden car came overtaking and directly hit the CRPF bus. The car that the terrorist had collided was carrying 60 kilos of chemical explosives used for making fertilizers.

In such a tragic situation, Mukesh Ambani expressed his gratitude towards the CRPF jawans and declared to take responsibility for their families. Reliance Foundation is the interactive branch of Reliance Industries Limited under the leadership of Nita Ambani. Earlier Virendra Sehwag (Indian Cricket Batsman) also tweeted about this tragic incident and promised to take care of the education of children of martyred soldiers in his “Sehwag Internation School”. This school is located at in Jhajjar district of Haryana.

Not only this, according to the official tweet by Paytm, they have collected an amount of 10 crore rupees in a single day which will be used for the families of martyred soldiers. Another application called “Bharat Ke Veer” has collected a huge amount. Thousands of people of India which include celebrities, politicians, NGO’s corporate businessmen, and even common people are coming together for helping the armed forces.
