5. Tearing and nasal stuffiness

Physical movements expand and narrow the sinus vessels. These can also cause allergies or rhinitis.

Remedy: Work out in an air-conditioned gym or if in the fresh air stay away from roads.

6. Muscle twitching

These spasms happen due to exhaustion and an imbalance of electrolytes.

Remedy: Drink water throughout workouts. Coldwater is helpful but a sports drink is better to have. Also, do some stretching after gym sessions.
