The Apple’s iPhone SE is plausible to have an update release in March 2018. It is rumored that the new iPhone is being manufactured in Bangalore, India. The company has been well known for building premium, high-end devices but this might be the Apple’s attempt in the low-end category.

Impressively Apple possibly has included the A10 Fusion processor which are found in iPhone 7 and 7 plus. A9 SoC was featured in the iPhone SE and the move to the A10 can make the cheaper ones faster than ever. According to reports, Apple might have increased the battery capacity to 1700 mAh and it is expected to come in two storage space options which are 32GB and 128GB with 12 mp primary camera sensor and a 5 mp front-facing camera.

It can be a key device for South East Asian countries like India and Indonesia. The price of the smartphone is expected to be INR 30,000. It is reportedly already in the initial stages of production which is being manufactured by Wistron in Bangalore. This facility was used previously by Apple to assemble devices in order to save high tariffs and import duties.

According to reports the iPhone SE 2 might look drastically different than its predecessor. The expected featured from the new iteration is an all-glass back and support wireless chargers like the iPhone 8 and iPhone X, and also the removal of the headphone jack and have water resistance.

Initially, the iPhone SE was introduced for the fans who prefer smaller displays and want an affordable iPhone device. The Indian market consumers that couldn’t afford Apple’s supremely expensive devices. However, the SE2 is expected to sell widely in the near future. The reports are based on rumors which is why there’s no sure news or will the device be released in early 2018.
