The online food ordering portals often feel the heat from the side of the customers when the order is delayed or wronged. The customer service of these portals tries their best to maintain a great relationship by keeping every user happy. Swiggy took the relationship to a new level when it tried to deliver an order from Rajasthan to Chennai!
Bhargav Rajan tweeted a screenshot of an order being tried to be delivered straight from Rajasthan to Chennai. A person ordered food from a nearby eatery but it was misplaced and showed the delivery location in Chennai.

Swiggy immediately detected that something is not in order. Once tweeted mentioning the company, it wrote in the post ‘We will fly to the moon and back for our customers.’
The officials also wrote ‘This seems to be the work of God of mischief Loki. In all seriousness, we have highlighted this issue and taken it very seriously and are actively working on to avoid such mishaps in the future. Thank you for bringing this to light for us Hyperion. Bon Appetite!’
The order amounted to INR 138 only.
Everything turned out to be very well. It was just a Google map glitch that turned out to be absolutely hilarious. The customer care cell of Swiggy took its turn and responded in a humorous way.
