In India, we have a powerful huge population, but there is a lack of skilled resource. Since childhood, we are taught algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics but unfortunately, we are never taught the practical application of these things. The whole point of education is for the betterment of the society and nation.

In schools teachers should teach students how to become productive and efficient for the society. If we want to preserve the future of our country, then we have to bring those basic reforms in both the learning and education system of the country, which will give us revolutionary results. Since elementary school, we are given vast syllabus to revise, tonnes of mathematical formulas to be applied on the examination day. A student is basically judged by his performance in it. There are a lot more things than learning these subjects. Because of the huge pressure of studies, a student’s psychological behavior changes and becomes unfit for society.

Education is the medium of shaping young minds and not filling it with useless topics. In many schools of European countries, they have opted for an open booklet test for high school students. This method cultivates the capability of taking decisions and enhances young minds. A good education medium intensifies our sensitivity and vision by which national unity flourishes, the possibility of the implementation of scientific method increases and freedom comes in understanding and thinking. Along with this, education helps us in achieving the goals of prestigious socialism, secularism, and democracy in our constitution.

The intellectuals who make our education policy must understand that the knowledge gained from the potholes is not only monotonous for a child, but they are finally helpful for society. So if we want to preserve the future of our country, then we have to pay attention to the foundations of education which surely can’t be done by solving algebra or geometry questions.
