State Bank of India (SBI) has invited candidates to apply for the recruitment of many posts under Specialist Officer. Candidates wishing to apply can visit the official website of the bank and fill the application form. It should be noted that the application process has started on 15 October and the candidates are required to fill the form on or before the last date i.e. November 6, 2019.

Selection process
Candidates will be selected through shortlisting and interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and after that, a sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for the interview. Merit list for selection will be prepared only based on marks obtained in interview. If more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (normal marks at the cut-off point), then such candidates will be ranked in merit in descending order according to their age.
Guidelines for filling the application form:
- The candidates will have to register themselves at https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers, link to the website of SBI.
- Pay the fees online through online banking, debit card or credit card.
- Candidates also have to scan their photo and signature and to fiill the application form thoroughly.
- After submitting the application form, the registration number and password will be generated from the system.
- After registration, take a printout of the candidates application form.
