No Mass Gainers Skinny Guys Should Eat This Way to Grow Big and Strong

2032

Skinny guys can be seen consuming over four scoops of mass gainers in a day. A single scoop can have anything from 400 to 1100 calories which varies depending on its brand and composition. You will gain mass but in all the wrong places causing you to be fat and not muscular.

Gaining mass is something you have to look after full time and if you want to grow bigger then you don’t really need gainers. Here are ways you can be bigger and stronger with home cooked food.

Have 5 to 6 meals a day

It can be a handful task but you have to accommodate more meals in your routine. Start having meals every 2 to 3 hours and make it 5 to 6 meals a day. This is a healthy way to get into a calorific surplus. You might have to push yourself to eat but with the right training the results will show off.

Drink milk

To have the bulk start having milk based shakes. Have whole fat milk because it will work wonders. Milk has 20% whey and 80% casein. Whey is a protein that digests quick and casein is slow absorbing. Drink at least three glasses of milk and start consuming more of dairy products like paneer, cow ghee etc.

Choose calorie dense food

Junk food?! No. We are talking here about homemade peanut butter, dry fruits of all types, cashew butter etc. Eat more of whole wheat bread, pasta, fish oil, and roti. Vegetables and fruits can make you feel full but they are not calorie dense. Eat chicken and meats also to gain those calories.

Avoid sweets

Anything that is over the top sweet should be avoided. If you think gorging on pastries, cheesecakes or soft drinks will make you better then you should know you will only be fat.
