Here are simple ways you can get rid of bad breath forever.
Repeat the word Floss
We brush daily but we always forget or ignore flossing. You just need to cut about 50cms of floss, hold it with your fingers and run the floss through every tooth and start cleaning the debris away.
Never skip the pre-sleeping brushing session
Not brushing your mouth before you go to bed could be working against you and your morning brushing routine. Brushing your teeth at night will ensure your mouth doesn’t stink in the morning and also get rid of a lot of bacteria.
Clean your tongue
Your tongue also breeds bacteria which can multiply daily causing your breath to be worse. You can just use your everyday toothbrush to scrape off the dirt from your tongue.
Mouthwash post brushing is not always needed
Mouthwashes dry your mouth out which doesn’t work best for keeping your bad breath away. You may use the mouthwash in the morning, post brush but can skip it in the night. It could only result in the multiplication of the odor-causing bacteria.
Drink lots of water
Water is a survival liquid, weight loss drink and is primarily all you need for every day. Rinse mouth with it and drink it all up or use it just as a cleaning agent. It helps dissolve anything that is in your mouth causing the foul smell.
