McAfee says Searching Ileana D’Cruz, Deepika Padukone, and other stardum is risky

Each year, McAfee brings to you the list of all the risky celebrities on the web. The list even contains the names of all the celebrities those search the results which can potentially harm your computer or mobile. In this year, the list is named as “Most Sensational Celebrity” for the year 2018. Do you know thee topper of the list?

The most popular Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz that has beaten Kapil Sharma for topping the list of the riskiest celebrities in our country. Last year the topper of the list was Kapil Sharma.

Surprisingly, the super star Preity Zinta in the executive list is in the second slot thereby followed by the most famous and the older actress Tabu. People did not expect the duo to be in this list but its a reality. Another youth icon which has managed to be in this list is Kriti Sanon which is then followed by Akshay Kumar and the legendary actor Rishi Kapoor.

Deepika Padukone at present is at position one. Priyanka Chopra, who is making waves in Hollywood is ranked at #8, followed by Parineeti Chopra at #9 and yesteryear’s superstar Govinda at #10.

As per Venkat Krishnapur, who is the Vice-President of Engineering and Managing Director, McAfee, when users search these celebrities, then they will be greeted with websites and portals which have malicious codes and hidden spyware. Now, eager to know and see more about their favorite celebrities, the users will click on these links, thereby inviting viruses and malware into their system.

In fact, such are the advanced viruses that they can even impersonate your identity, without any alarm or warning.

Venkat suggests every Internet user to be cautious, as he said, “As a precaution, consumers need to think before they click and avoid suspicious links that promise free content featuring favorite celebrities, movies, TV shows or pictures to protect themselves from cyber fraud.”

McAfee has made it clear that the malware and virus attacks on users will arise from the search per se, but from the third party websites which come up as SERP or Search Engine Result Pages.

Some keywords which are paired along with the main celebrity keywords are: “torrent”, “free torrent”, “free pics”, “hot pics” and more.
