You must not be highly active or totally draining your energy while working out or doing morning jog, but still if you are feeling lethargic then it might be a serious problem. You should get a Health checkup done or else here are a few bad things that might be a reason of your Energy drainage.

Overusing your Smartphone:-

It has been researched that 40% of the users are online for around 2-6 hours daily. Isn’t it a big deal being on phone for so much time. Scrolling around facebook, snapchat or instagram is just a waste of time. And also in some cases this may ruin relationships with their loved ones. You can solve this problem probably by having a no internet day. This will help you reduce your addiction.

Gossiping:-

Successful mostly tend to talk regarding the things that would lead to a healthy conversation, whereas unsuccessful people are found indulging into matters of others and gossiping around. This wastes time and energy and also reduces the time to do other work.

Warm Showers:-

Warm shower might relax your senses but not in the morning. It is good after a tiering day but in the morning cold shower would be the best idea of staying fresh.

Sleeping late night:-

Sleeping late hours in the night makes people lazy and lethargic and this would lead to a hard time at office. To feel fresh in the morning when you wake up, you should probably take 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

A heavy lunch:-

Eating heavy in the lunch time is the worst thing one can probably do to themselves. You need to control your diet as it will make you lazy. So eat less and take meals every 3-4 hours in the afternoon.

Laying in bed:-

If you are laying in bed you will have less energy to tackle the day. Over resting is also a bad thing to do. So better get up an Do Something.

Overthinking or overstressing:-

The best thing one can do to avoid overthinking is to do something. Engage yourself in something, take actions, if you fear about the outcome, then you wont be able to achieve anything. Stop doing that and concentrate on how you can keep yourself busy.
