Everybody has a morning routine that kicks-off their day. Perhaps you wake up and set off the mobile alarms and check the notifications or emails. Some keep their mobiles aside and head to grab coffee or tea, while some may quickly get ready for an exercise session or meditation.

In a study conducted by the American Psychological Association, they found out that morning routine keeps stress and anxiety levels off and turns you energized for the rest of the day. Successful people too, follow a morning routine.

She generates more space in her mind for new ideas for the day ahead. Knowing that her family is sound asleep upstairs while she works gives her content and she feels grateful. Mornings can be the best time to reflect on what happened and what you should do ahead. It is the best time to focus on resolving problems, consider future challenges and thoughts to optimize them.
