Side Effects Of Workouts That We Face In Gym

7. Dizziness

A sudden flow of blood or body overheating can cause dizziness.

Remedy: Always warm-up before exercising and stretch after a workout. You can also take rests between the workout sessions.

8. Numb Toes

Toes get swelled due to the heat that is emitted from the body and the muscles; this can even happen due to tight shoes or nerve inflammations.

Remedy: Make toe movements continuously while exercising as it might help blood flow better. The correct size of sports shoes is also important.
