The project is expected to generate a turnover of approximately Rs. 5500 crore over the next 7 to 8 years which has a saleable potential of approximately 32 lac sq. ft.
The funding will be done by the L&T Finance Ltd for an approximately of Rs. 570 crore.With a saleable area of 3mn sq ft, the project launch date will be around January 2018..
