Stop worrying what others might think
It is none of your business. Live your life your own way and the way it keeps you happy. If you stop yourself from doing something wondering what others might think then you are at a total loss. Don’t be afraid of other people’s opinion. But keep strong opinions of yourself and about yourself.
Gratitude
It is easy to think of things that we don’t have, but difficult to be grateful for the things we already possess. We take each blessing for granted. This is because we miss living in the moment. We consider our life as a whole and start counting our adversities and misfortunes. But to lead a fulfilled life you must count your blessings and achievements.
Similarly, we take people for granted as well. Take time to thank the people who support you each day and be all ears to you as you vent.
